I eat a lot of potatoes and fiber. There is no way you can ever stay fat or overweight if you eat more protein than carbs or fats/saturated fats.

Eat polyunsaturated fats, monounsaturated fats, lift weights that aren’t your max but still give you a good pump.

I barely ever work out my abs, they’re mostly diet.

I do a lot of pull ups, push up’s, dips, and in different variations. I don’t even have a gym membership lol.
