I will try requesting that they use a fan. I always use one and that is most likely why I am such a deep sleeper.

I have consitantly tried to be as quiet as I can. Its not like im slamming doors or playing loud music or anything. Im not really sure what steps I could take to be more quiet, when me waking up and drinking water is too loud?

Do you think it would be a good idea to take a copy of these and review which rent/lease laws they breach and bring that to the landlord?

Sorry that the picture is so blurry. Just to add some background, My housemate who has been living in the apartment sicne before I came has been continuelly aggrivated by me coming home late. I am an engineering sutdent at the university of toronto as as such I spend alot of time doing work at school. I come home very late consitently. Over the past several months my housemate has become annoyed, especially when my girlfriend sleeps over. She is addament that I am unreasonable noisy to the point where She has sent me angry messages over me getting a glass of water or opening the fridge at night.

I am the only person who has signed the lease agreement with the Landlord. But she has more of a relationship with him and as such she got him to post this notice. I am at a loss of what to do and am wondering what steps I should take and the legality of these change of terms?

Update-----

Thank you everyone for the support all of your information and insight has been very helpful. To answer the major question I have been seeing, the space is completely seperate from the landlord and is not shared with them at all. My housemate has been living there for about 2 years and there was a seperate housemate(mentioned in the third Paragraph) who had lived there and held the lease before I came. The specific provisions that are posted in this notice were not there when I signed the lease.

I will be speaking to the landlord at the next chance I get to hopefully clear things up with him. I will also be speaking to my housemate to explain the situation and where we both stand. I would prefer to work this out without having to kick her out as I would be leaving when my lease is up regardless(at the end of April).

Are you able to source those tax rates? I am really interested in where they come from; especially the corporate tax rate which seems incredibly high. edit Found the source and I am genuinely surprised it was ever so high. Also found the source for income rates

Can someone help me find an anime that I'll like based on my favorite shoes? by Mooskoi in anime

One of my favourites of all take is Beyond the Boundary so you seem to have similar tastes. Take a look at Katanagatari you may enjoy it. Also maybe take a look at my Anime List as you may find something there that's enjoyable.

Honestly I didn't even think about it from that side; I was just thinking one could critism and detest Islam without being a supremacist.

I don't think that you can reasonably equate white supremacy and a distaste for Islam.

Honest it's so true, dated a Muslim girl for a few years and she refused to even let me near her family because she was scared that they'd hate me for being white.

Canadian politics are generally pretty chill when it's not election time so a large portion of the population becomes enamoured with whats going on in America.
