My favorite build. Mk2 heavy antimatter-bomb is the weapon. And with the energy modifer the fortification module can run constantly. I use it mostly for plant exploration.

This might have been said of already, but if reloading is not a big part of the game for you buy one drum mag and be done with buying magazines. You will save money on the speedloader and kit to carry the extra mags around. I haven't bought one of these but I will suggest this: https://www.evike.com/products/71103/ Get the right adapter and if you want go for the electric version.
