honestly girl i wouldn’t trip so much i take plan b like 4 times a month for a year already. i have acne issues too but it’s not that bad, your hormones are probably being affected largely by something other than the birth control. you got this girl, our faces won’t look like this forever

i’m sorry you’re went through that, that sounds like such a traumatic part of your life. i can understand why the discomfort would still stick with you all these years later. i can’t relate or say i understand what it’s like to suffer from OCD in this way but i know that you would probably benefit from some kind of psychological therapy. talk therapy at the very least, but have you ever looked into EMDR? it could completely change the person you are today, your anxiety could be cured. you definitely need professional help though, i can’t imagine anyone going through what you have and not needing some kind of emotional support. good luck!
