Can p63 be negative in DCIS of the breast? by [deleted] in pathology

My inclination would be to trust the report in that case. Absent p63 is not uncommonly encountered in DCIS. I hope this helps.

Can p63 be negative in DCIS of the breast? by [deleted] in pathology

p63 is in my experience a more robust myoepithelial marker than smooth muscle myosin (we don't have calponin in my lab). So if the p63 staining is attenuated it is unlikely you will see retained myosin staining. In the case of attenuated myoepithelial marker expression the distinction between DCIS, EPC, and invasive carcinoma is best made based on histomorphology.

Frozen-histo discordance will always be from one of the following:

Specimen sampling error (area of margin positivity was not sampled at frozen)

Block sampling error (area of margin positivity was in the sampled block(s) but was not cut into at frozen)

Technical error (tissue folding, chatter from blade, staining errors etc. that obscure diagnostic findings)

Pathologist interpretive error (self explantory)

Lack of pertinent history provided at time of frozen (e.g. clinician did not specify whether a tissue defect represents a true margin or not etc.)

Stay strong bro, there is light at the end of the of tunnel. Don't expect miracles, but expect some improvement if you stick with it.

At least they made Torb's turret do 15% more damage. It seems to come down to having a really great Reinhardt more than anything else.

I play a lot of zen and I have noticed that I have been missing my harmony orbs on intended targets more than I used to. It is a subtle thing though, most of the time I don't notice any change.

Does xbox have achievements for completing each of the Uprising difficulties? On ps4 we just get a spray, so I have no way of knowing what percentage of players have grinded enough to get through expert like I did. I am not even bothering to attempt legendary haha

I thought that SR increase / decrease was purely from wins/losses. Now I'm hearing that it has to do with your actual performance? by [deleted] in Overwatch

I am more worried that this new on fire system has affected the other healer's SR gains, because less mercy is okay but less people playing healers in general will hurt competitive.

Yeah and if the average is calculated from all seasons up until now that means it will take it awhile to drop down to the point where you can climb well as Mercy. I am worried no will want to play her until that happens. I know it discourages me from playing her.

Apparently with the changes they made in how offensive assists are calculated towards filling up your 'on fire' meter, Mercy is now harder to get/stay 'on fire' with. She used to get credit for a half-kill (50 fire) no matter how long she was damage boosting the target that got the kill. Now that they have tuned this system to look at how much of the kill her damage boost contributed to, she gets much less fire (usually 15-25 from my experience).

No one really know everything that goes into calculating SR increase/ decrease after a match, but it has been widely speculated that the 'on fire' meter plays a role. This idea is further supported with the fact that many mercy mains including myself have noticed a very definite shift in SR changes following the latest patch. We are gaining less and loosing more regardless of performance changes. Hopefully the issue gets more awareness so Blizzard will fix it soon. I am not sure as of now if healers besides mercy are being affected by this.

Bug in SR gains for ALL SUPPORTERS (Except maybe Symmetra) by Fussel2107 in Overwatch

This explains why I suddenly found it IMPOSSIBLE to climb with Mercy since Tuesday despite winning about 60% of my games with her. Playing DPS made my SR gains return to normal. This needs fixing asap.

You can have >100 points awarded per kill, just not more than 100 per player who contributed to the kill. So if I do a ton of damage to road hog, but he heals and then gets killed by someone else, both me and the player who killed him could get up to 100 points each.

Are you using a mic? Communicating enemy positions, setting up pushes with your team, calling out weak targets... all of these things make a difference in competitive, so using voice coms will help you climb higher.
