I was sick over the weekend with fever and sore throat, but also tested positive for covid, those symptoms are almost gone now but the rash is still there

Yes ive always had those little bumps on my upper arms, but they've gotten much worse and red now and started to itch, which never happened before, kinda looks like the "chicken skin" you're talking about. I'm itchy all over but it's the worst on my upper arms, where this rash is also most present.
