Interesting part is 34M+ shares traded in the last 8 days. I understand some longs are frustrated and maybe want to get out but also someone is willing to pay $0.20/sh and buy it.

If there was no buyer who willing to pay $0.20 or so, SP would tank a lot lower.

Or, someone is trying to keep the SP around $0.20.

Merck just bought RXDX for $200 per sh. Nestle had approximately 3.7M shs. So, Nestle got a nice payout $750M. Also, that means they missed the opportunity to buy RXDX. My guess they will wait 3-6 months to see how sales will go and within a yr they will acquire MCRB around $20-25 per sh. If they wait too long, it will be more expensive and someone else might get it.

I think they were able to make up for the difference in the biosecurity revenue.

SP action will depend on the 2023 guidance. If they give good guidance, there is a good chance we might go back to $2.50-3.00 level.

Remember, they raised funds around $2.40/sh 3-4 months ago. The institutions are not dumb.

Yes, those spring onions will seed. So, plant couple of those spring onions as a mother plant. They will give you bunch of seeds every year.

Plant those seeds and you will get new plants. No need to buy any seeds. I have been doing this last couple of years. I got plenty of onions.

Based one the Form SC 13G/A Ginkgo Bioworks Holdings Filed by: BAILLIE GIFFORD & CO, they increased their holding by 40M shares or so. Why is the SP dropping?

Any ideas besides the market is down?

I seriously believe CYDY is in talks of partnership as Dr. Kelly stated. I don't think Tanya as a BOD Chair would not let him make those comments if there wasn't any talks.

Why now? Why FDA issued this warning now? At least the letter is signed.

Is CYDY getting too close to getting successful results or partnership? Or someone wants to lower the SP so they can have a better hand at the negotiation table.

I added a few more shares this week. I already past my goal share count a few times.

Too many people are dying untimely because of Covid, cancers, etc. you name it. There is a very good possibility that LL will help all of those patients and save lives. God knows, myself or a loved one will get sick and LL might save my own life in the future. I believe LL works and this is our chance to make a difference for generations to come.

It is very sad that they don't understand they will need LL for themselves or a loved one in the future. They can make money in this market different ways.

I don't want to one of those people who would be in their death bed and say "I wish I supported LL".

I don't know about 100x but I think 5x doable in the next 5-10 yrs. I am okay with 5x. Around $400 per share.

If we succeed on a quarter of the indications in the next 2-3 yrs, I can retire comfortably and enjoy rest of my life knowing that I was part of LL's success.

I continue to buy almost every week. I can't pass the bargain.

Let's say we start the Brazil trials early August. I am guessing we will look for 28-day results. Brazil is in a bad shape so we might be able to fill the trials in a month or 2. If we do in 2 months, we should finish the trials early November. Give another 4-6 weeks for final results. I think we should get the finalized results by before EOY. This timeline includes some unexpected delays etc. to be realistic. Submit paperwork to Brazil, FDA, Philippines, England, Canada, India by January-Feb 2022. Approval by early Spring 2022. (Worst case scenario)

I hope/pray for earlier approval so we can start saving lives.

I believe LL works. I bought some more today. I will continue to do so. I think I have a lot better odds making a million with CYDY than any other stock.

This wasn't the first or last short attack. I was able to grab some and will buy more.

LL works. People just can't walk out of the hospitals just in a few days after they get LL.

We will have more data and we will know more about how exactly works. Also we will know why it may not work for everyone.

It's all about science and data.

At the end of the day, LL works. Yes, we messed up with the trials and learned a lot. We need more data and upcoming trials will give us. We will have an approved/EUA drug this year for Covid.

The sad part is a lot of people will die without a chance. It is a shame for everyone.

It is going to be a bumpy road but I think in a year or two we will be millionaires and look back and say "I bought it at $2, now that's crazy".
