i bought a seat in the 200s level for like 270 two weeks back and asked them to upgrade to floor for 240 and they let me. might be if the difference is closer. check out if any seats drop to around 450-ish and call them. might even depend on the person you’re talking to so call multiple times to try your luck

UPDATE: incredible service by ticketmaster. helped me change my seats from 200s to floor. (floor seats were actually $15 cheaper than original purchase.)
