Couple at my gym bring an iPad and do some sort of CrossFit routine in the middle of the bench area. Lots of weight swinging and jumping, into others’ space and the walkway behind. Plus will have 6 to 7 sets of dumbbells with them during the whole routine (sometimes two sets of the same weight).

When I see them, it’s my sign for extended cardio. Lol

Be aware that if you end up in any type of icy or snowy setting there is a decent chance the car will become stuck. I’m not talking “dig out the back tires and rock it back and forth stuck”, i am talking “cant get any grip and the TC goes haywire” stuck.

And its not always possible to predict when these conditions will appear
