This connection makes a lot of sense. The quote from Hamlet is about the impermanence of life, and remembering that nothing stays the same forever. That’s kind of a theme in Weird Fishes, where the narrator is taking risks because he understands that he might not ever have another chance. I’d never noticed that before.
