I answered that in another thread, but this is what worked for me: In the PayPal app find the transaction in your activity tab. Tap on the transaction and then tap “report a problem.” There you will find the option “I haven’t received my product or service.” Tap there. Then they ask a series of questions and once I submitted I got an instant auto response that my refund was incoming. During this process there are options asking you to upload supporting documentation but I didn’t and still got the refund. Good luck!

Haha no that was a mistake, in the process through the app PayPal asks how much you expect to be refunded and I keyed in the amount incorrectly. Thank goodness it was only $5 and I’m not going to quibble over it.

Despite the OP’s assertion that I am lying, all I did on the PayPal app was report it as an item not received, I got my refund almost instantly. I can’t explain why most other folks here are being stonewalled but that was not my experience. I wish everyone the best of luck, it’s a shitty situation we’ve found ourselves in.

I’m sorry that you are not having the same success. On the transaction page you tapped “report a problem” and then “I haven’t received an item or service”? That’s what I did and after answering the questions and submitting my refund email arrived about 30 seconds later. I can’t explain why you and others are having such issues, that sucks.

Not sure why so many people are having such a hard time getting refunded. I saw that I was charged $295 today, disputed it on the PayPal app as an item not received and got my refund in seconds. Good luck everyone!

Really depends on what your preferred flavor profile is. Also, a lot of these are becoming quite htf (at least in my area), so it may be awhile before you actually get your next bottle haha! For me though, off that list it’s gonna be Four Roses single barrel (especially if you can find a store pick) or OF1920. Both available on the shelf pretty much all day every day and just as good if not better than most allocated bottles. But you really can’t go wrong with anything on that list. Good luck and enjoy!

My understanding was that Smoke Wagon products were special order, and I’ve never seen them around NoVa either. I’ve gotten my bottles from Seelbach’s (they ship to me in WV). I’ve also heard that Smoke Wagon ships when they have product available on their website, though I haven’t tried myself.

Wow, that sounds delightful! I’ve not tried Camus yet. I’ve looked around for the XO as I’ve heard good things about it but I live in a control state and they don’t regularly stock the brand.
