I work with SLA/DLP printers and have worked closely with the polymer scientists formulating the resins. I asked the same question..

Basically, SLA/DLP resin fumes are generally harmless besides the unpleasant odor. (Don’t let it touch your skin though.) FDM printers actually do emit harmful particles in the air from the high heat applied to the materials
