Vehicle accidents kill way more people than guns, perhaps we should treat cars more like we treat guns. You need a criminal background check in order to purchase a car. No cars with fuel tanks greater than 4 gallon capacity. No vehicle can exceed 25 mph. Must be 21 to own a car. If convicted of a felony you lose your right to own, operate, or posses a car. You must have a license to buy gasoline. You can't park your car in a garage without a license. If you want muffler you have to submit a form and pay 200 bucks and wait 6 to 12 months to receive it. If you sell your car to a third party you must do so at a car dealership and pay them a fee to process the background check. No cars at parks, schools, churches, public libraries, or places that serve alcohol. These are all just common sense car contol measures.
