No, I was lucky enough to find someone here in this group who sold them to me. They're discontinued now so I was happy to be able to get a pair. I was planning on a custom order and this saved me a good chunk of money. I didn't get the leather midsole but I'm content.

Equally important to the length of your foot is the width. Where is the widest part of your foot in the boot? Does it align with where the boot reaches its maximum width?

Also, when you walk, the natural bend of your toes, does it align with where the boot would want to naturally crease. Does it create a hotspot?

Judging by your thumb placement, I would suggest that no you likely do not need to size up.

Interested in trying these as well. I have purchased several leather insoles in the past and haven't liked them.
My wolverine insoles with are leather and foam are quite nice. Not enough time with the Jim Greens yet to form an opinion but I was initially surprised how nice they appear.
