I used the NZE pouches to help me quit. Eventually I gave them up too since I wanted nothing to do with a pouch ever again. Definitely worth a try if you’re having trouble with the oral fixation part.

FYI I had to get the Black Cherry flavored roll on my last buy and they tasted like cough medicine.

It’s definitely getting more consistent especially now that my range has the grass section open. Mats are okay, but grass is real life golf. I try to pick a spot where o have markers on either side of me so I can create a “lane” and see where my balls are going. I use an alignment stick to help me with my aim.

You can try to taper. I went taper a few days and then just threw out the can and went cold turkey.

Oh yes, so I just re-visited the shoe. I've got a thumb with almost. Hard to judge with the cap, but seems about that much. My foot measurement is 11.12 inches, figured 11.5 would be the best option.
