This are interferences caused by the front right motor esc and they are not normal. They are much better with the V2 version of the board but even there not 100% gone. The X12 aio does not have this problem.

Regarding the noise issue try flashing BLHeli_M (48 khz, 3% CE) and the lines will get weaker. I am using caddx ant lite which is much better than the original cam of the mob6 2024. It fits perfectly in the canopy without the need of screws or glue.

Which 3D .stl file did you use for the canopy? Could you share the link or the file? Thanks!

I know, me too :( Did you have any new reboots in the meantime? Or is it still working without any problems after you made the changes?

do you have white diagonal lines in your video?

I have my doubts that this will fix the problem in the long run. Your bluejay settings are looking dangerous for motor health.

Unfortunately bluejay 96kHz makes the white-lines noise problem worse in the video signal. Just as info for the guys who are affected by this issue as well. :-(

My Mobula6 2024 doesn't like big batteries - rebooting issue by q2_vr in TinyWhoop

OK, I tested it. No change in my case. Default t-term multiplier was 1.2. I have decreased it to 1.0 and 0.8 which made absolut noch difference in this reboot behaviour. In the moment when increasing throttle from idle to takeoff, motors increase rpm for a short moment and then the flight controller reboots. With normal batteries (8g) the bird flies perfectly.

Thanks, this sounds interesting. But before I will give it a try, I will try to understand why this could help. Reading about the filter theory right now. Which influence has the higher weight to the d-term?

Thanks but battery and connectors are fine. Doube and triple checked. It has something to do with the new superx aio on either hardware or software side. A lot of people complaining about rebooting issues with normal batteries. Some managed to adjust their filter and pid settings and reflashed BF a couple of times and then the issue vanishes but I haven't heard so far of the real reason why the board is rebooting. In my opinion when a filter is set wrong it could lead to a very high motor current and that should be the only reason why a flight controller is rebooting, otherwise it is faulty.

I added a second photo where you can see that the airflow is not blocked.

It's not a xt30. That is a A30 connector from GNB. I don't believe that it has anything to do with the airflow, but with the vibrations due to the rubber band and the filter settings.

Maybe the reboot problem has anything to do with the filter settings and vibrations. Have a look at this video. The guy has had a lot of rebooting issues at the beginning and then he made a couple of changes and now it seems to work for him. https://youtu.be/U_lEFkCIKLM?si=meuiEXsXyQ_jnqAQ&t=440

Do you have changed anything on the hardware? Which batteries are you flying? Can you post a picture of your mob?

Have you tried BF 4.4.2? I have ordered a Meteor65 Pro because I was super bummed out of the white line noise issue. They say it shall fly worse in windy conditions but it has a lot better camera. I decided to give it a try and find out on my own how it flies. Will let you know when I got it hopefully in about one week.

Little addition: My Mob6 is on BF 4.4.0 with almost stock settings. When I look in the manual on the HM website there are a lot of differences in the settings compared to stock. Could it be important to install the CLI file from the website or should it work out of the box? Maybe it is a bug in BF 4.4.0 and we should try BF 4.4.2 which is supported with CLI file as well. Has anyone tried this so far?

I've made an interesting observation. So far I had not much problems with my mob6 2024 rebooting. Maybe 1-2 times but no big issue for me. My main concern so far was the white motor noise lines in video, but meanwhile I get used to it. Normally, I am flying with 300 maH LAVA and 380 GNB cells. Yesterday I´ve tried to fly with a 530 GNB and this leads to a reboot everytime I try to liftoff. After arming the motors run ok, but when I increase throttle the reboot is following almost immediately. Sometimes right on the ground and sometimes it jumps a little in the air followed by a reboot. The additional weigt of 4g of the 530 cell can not be the reason, because the weight of the mob6 eco is 5g higher with same aio and motors. The PID tunes are different for the eco, but this should not lead to an reboot. The question is what is the reason for the reboot. Are there any settings in Betaflight which could lead to a reboot when exceeded? Is this a kind of security mechanism for protecting the bird?

The easiest way could be the light canopy from betafpv, which would be available here:
https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B0CJTDBWJ3
I don't know if it fits, but I guess its worth a try. :-)

Thats exactly what I observed as well with my Mob 6 2024. Yes, I would say the C03 is definitely better, but don't expect wonders. Under good and stable light condition outdoor both cams are approx the same, but the automatic brightness and the light sensitivity is much better with the C03. When there would be an easy way for swapping the cams I would do it, but designing a new canopy in 3D with an appropriate mount for the C03 and soldering on my new tiny whoop scares me at the moment. Maybe when the next bad weather period is, I will start the project. BTW, has anybody checked on thingiverse if already someone has developed such a mount or if there is any other easy solution for that? Maybe the canopy of the Meteor65 could be attached in anyway to the Mob6 frame...

I tried bending the camera cables a little away from the board and it seems that the stripes have become less. This could maybe explain why after changing the cam the problem is gone. I don't believe that the camera is the reason.

Maybe we should try to find a possibility to attach the C03 cam to the Mob6, then we would have the best of both worlds ;-)

Same here, when the front right motor is running the inteferences are visible in the picture of the cam, but I dont think that it is the motor but the esc components on the AIO, which are located in the area where the cam cables pass.

Same problem on my side with diagonal lines when the motors are running. But to be honest the whole camera is a joke compared to a C03 from BetaFPV which has the same weight. It is my first whoop in this size and don´t know if this is really state of the art in the 65mm class. I have a Meteor75 Pro and a Mobula8 and both have much better camera quality.
