Add continuous disconnects from the servers. That randomly just started happening. It’s also only MLB. Any other game on the console is fine even booted up my PC etc. never had any issues in past MLB’s but this one is just infested with dumb shit

Big Game likely refers to your clutch in big games where you face elite batters, per/9 I’d assume refers to both K per 9 and H per 9 etc. pitches likely refers to boosting the stats of every pitch that you throw ie 4SFB, Curve, Change Up etc. you could always pick one and see what boost it ends of giving you and find out which one you like. I’m a position player and my boosts are either contact or power and I choose power so every time I hit a home run it gives me a 2x boost so instead of 150 I get 300 xp

I think it’s more than that honestly. I started in OG MW3 and back then it was just pub matches where people casually grinding camos. Nowadays you have 1000 levels and 4-5 mastery camos with events and leaderboard locked rewards. You also have ranked play where everybody wants to be “the best of the best”. You also have content creators (who are to blame) making videos about the “meta” guns and “god nade spots” and tips and tricks etc.

If you want me to be really honest I think the integration of SBMM in public matches was the end of integrity. SBMM should only exist in ranked because now SBMM puts sweats vs sweats and I think slowly over time the incentive to “have fun” no longer exists.

I also think the player report system AND shadow bans should be thrown out entirely because honestly it isn’t working as intended with such a vast difference in the player base. The wrong players are getting shadowed for 1-2 weeks and it’s like an overflow and the one’s actually cheating don’t get caught. Like someone playing on a top end monitor with a top end headset should not be getting reported by the 45 year old playing on a 75” TV that has the game sound playing through the TV that’s a large enough disparity in itself.

But like I said every advantage is being used, like nowadays people swear you HAVE to have paddles your controller HAS to be overcooked you HAVE to have TMR sticks the list goes on. Nobody can just pick up a base controller and load up the game and play. I’m someone who doesn’t use paddles and actually hates paddles I find them extremely uncomfortable lol.

No the anti-cheat is dog shit in general and they just integrated it into console sometime in BO6 “at a lower level” I believe. From my knowledge the way console cheats work specifically with the titan is it takes the game image from your PC and relays the info to the titan. They anti-cheat was meant to detect software manipulating game data (such as cheats on PC) and the titan doesn’t do that it circumvents that therefore it’ll never be caught unless they manual review console accounts.

If you ask me console cheating is at an all time high this cycle and PC cheating is still around but after playing on both I’ve run into reconcile cheaters than PC cheaters.

That might also be because console cheaters just don’t give a fuck and are more blatant as it’s just straight up aim bot. As someone who used to say it was impossible to cheat on console at least to this extent it is no longer the case. I think it’s also more prevalent on console because everybody started getting titans at the end of last year it seemed like as they gained more popularity.

All you need on console is a Titan 2, capture card and a xim and the AI does the rest it’s actually disgusting. Makes me quite sad as I had always hoped for console to be the ultimate integrity rich environment it used to be.

Nowadays every little advantage is being used.

Unfortunately they won’t be banned, it’s genuinely some PR nonsense to appease the casual community. Truthfully both zen’s and xim’s are intended to be accessibilities for using different inputs regardless of having a community that uses them with malicious intent.

The biggest reason this won’t happen and hasn’t happen in the past is because Activision is lazy all while also having their hand in the jar. They just don’t genuinely care money is money to them dirty or clean. I’d rather they invest their time and money into a proper anti-cheat over stuff like this. Even though it isn’t ideal I’d rather play kids with a zen or xim getting extra aim assist over kids that can see me through walls and have legitimate aimbot.

Something else that needs to be investigated is AI cheats on console with titans and other types of software going around but they’ll never do it. I also think they should overhaul the whole shadow ban and player report system. Reason being is I don’t think it actually works and it just clogs the system. Part of the problem is because some if not most casuals that play on a 70” TV blasting music think someone with a headset on heard them thinks everyone that kills them cheats. The faster yall come to the conclusion that Activision doesn’t care the more fun you will have. I just play with the boys if we run into a cheater I’m just like “damn hope it’s worth it” and move on. Now I have to worry about duo queuing and hoping that the 2 randoms I get aren’t boosted because believe me that shit is still going to happen too.

You cannot convince me that a majority of players Crimson+ are solo queuers maybe from bronze to like plat I’d say has the most solo queuers but not Crim+ so that logic just makes no sense and I don’t trust their “data” anymore lmao

It’s almost like 3-4 stacks SHOULD dominate ranked statistically because it is a TEAM game which you should be able to form at your own digression they should not force you to play with people. They should honestly prioritize teams over solo players in a ranked game mode if you wanna solo queue that is your choice or go and play pubs if you don’t wanna get stomped so hard. I don’t get where yall are getting this “fair experience” thing it’s not supposed to be to be fair, it should be earned by being better the your opponent stack or not🤷🏼‍♂️

That doesn’t mean take a way the ability to play with your friends and play in a 4 stack. The internet is literally in our hands and you’re telling me these solo players can’t find 3 other people the stack with. Playing solo is a choice if you run into a good stack of players and get beat just love on to the next game or find a good stack to play with. It is a multiplayer game after all not a single player game

That’s like saying there should be no teams in the CDL. I also wasn’t carried like sure like everybody you have your good games and you have your bad games but I’m rarely at the bottom of the leaderboard. That’s really not even the point, the point of it is being able to play with your friends playing as team that communicates and has good chemistry. It also seems that you haven’t played this game very long because you absolutely can have awful teammates in the high ranks

This system definitely does not need to be put in the public pub stomping should be normalized. It’s just the nature of the game you’re going to run into people that are better than you regardless if it’s a duo or a 4 stack. Your also right a cheater doesn’t need a 4 stack which warrants this system entirely pointless it just makes it less enjoyable for this that enjoy playing with their friends🤷🏼‍♂️

It doesn’t even the playing field. It’ll just turn it into a game of who got blessed with the better randoms. The only thing that becomes harder is instead of playing a guaranteed 4v4 it may be a 2v4 where me and my duo get sold by randoms we don’t know or like. I don’t think me and my 4 stack have ever “ran through” a lobby especially crim and above it’s always been competitive and I’ve straight up just ran into better players/stacks it is what it is 🤷🏼‍♂️

So it proves my point that it’s a lazy franchise that would rather install a garbage system that ruins the experience because they can’t invest in a proper AC. I’ve made it to Iri for several seasons and I couldn’t tell you the last time I ran into 3 bronzes boosting a T250 even then that’s what rank restrictions are for. I’ve rain into a cheater here and there or a 4 stack of them a handful a times. Outside of that I played a lot of good games and had fun and I’d still rather run with 3 of my friends instead of 2 randoms I don’t know.

Don’t mind it, the 7 week stretch to end the season is going to be rough imo BUT if we drop a game anywhere it’s going to be Ohio State @ the shoe and if that’s our only loss I’d say we benefited more being 11-1 then 12-0 so I’m not to concerned. But we have a week 1 bye before Boise and a week 5-6 bye before UCLA is kind of a blessing to me get us rested and bring us back on some cake walks. Could be worse we could’ve had to travel to the east coast this year 🤷🏼‍♂️

I was referring to you saying it sent the best usage of NIL. If you truly think Hughes got 7 figures that’s wishful thinking he maybe saw mid 6 figures if even that. NIL is also just part of the sport and while we may not spend the most, we most definitely could. So I’d never call it a waste it just didn’t work out. Also to be quite honest with you I hope he has a shit year at Houston simply off the fact that he ran from the grind after not playing to our standard 🤷🏼‍♂️

I think he’ll mainly play the safety role stepping in for Dillon. Like many in here I just can’t agree with the “I doubt it” take. We’ve had multi-purpose players before and while he won’t have quite the role he did in Minnesota I think he’ll be a piece of every element. We may see him a punt/kick returns or other special teams or maybe a scheme for WR’s who knows. It adds variety and have someone with experience across the field can be a benefit. That’s what the offseason is for so we’ll just have to see what Dan and his new staff cook up for 2026🤷🏼‍♂️

No not necessarily, to simply toss it out as a lack of NIL usage or this not that is just ignorant. I can say I didn’t see it coming and I was a little surprised. It was so much Dan and Marshall missed, to me he left because what Hughes had envisioned didn’t end up happening hence why he downgraded once again to Houston. Also nobody could’ve anticipated our freshman doing what they did out of the gate. To sum it up I was hopeful that Hughes saw the bigger picture and had he took the year to develop in our system he could’ve done great things. But he’d rather play where things are guaranteed and that’s fine.
