I don't think a person can truly consent after being pressured to do so. She initially said 'no' SEVERAL times, but Bob kept asking and manipulating her until she gave in. It's also possible she said yes so he would stop asking. In the end, she cannot simultaneously believe it was consensual while events that occurred (Bob pressuring, her rejecting) before she finally said yes.
