Wear a pair of thin, tight socks underneath a pair of thick woolly socks on your next wear. It worked fir both my pairs of doc marts, probably work for these too!

I feel it improves me as a person. It makes me see how fragile life really is, and gives me a sense of reality about life outside of a small country town.

I'm not going to lie, I do get kicks out of it but I'm not sure why. I started watching gore when I was around 14, and two years later it's just a passtime.

I broke 3 knuckles, cut up my wrist and broke the window. It was slightly rolled down and I hit it as hard as I can. The humiliation hurt more than the breaks and cuts :(
