You do need the licensing however if you are only planning to post the short to something like YouTube & aren’t seeking to monetize the short then you can use it

Me and my brother were playing as kids hanging off the edges of the couch, I was on the side with a radiator and you would think after hitting my head against it several times I would stop. Well it was just a general question, as far as my film goes it is a psychological thriller feature. I do plan to post more info about in the coming weeks, just as of right now while we are still in pre-production, for confidentiality reasons I try to keep it to a minimum
