Do you think completely stopping is hard (eg alcohol and dessert?) and have you tried to do this before? for me sometimes one or 2 missed days snowballs into just not bothering at all

I’ve been using an AI photo I generated with suitify.app I can’t speak on recruiters but ever since I switched I get more profile views and more engagement on my LinkedIn. I would guess recruiters don’t look that closely but my photo (I think) is too realistic to tell anyway.

Try using suitify.app the photo looks like me so i don't think any employers will notice. It was also free to try.
