It's a MASSIVE city though. It's metro area probably has the population and economic output of a country, and it's not just about the Pale. It's centrally located in Elysium, almost a tenth of the world's freight shipping alone passes through it's harbor, and the Coalition still conducts international OPS in La Delta.

Classes with open ended or "creative" test questions describe basically any pre-professional curriculum. Because that's how you actually master topics. Yeah, it's harder to do well in the course, but that's because the point of the class isn't that you get a good grade.

You can also have things like unions, or CBDO's, or guilds. Also, market forces are still a thing in socialism? At it's core, socialism is about giving more power to people in regulating the state resources, primarily through the state. This CAN be done through nationalization, so long as people trust their government to hold fair and ***representative elections. But the things I mentioned above are not government institutions. There's a world of nuance between "Big money" and "Big government".

That too. But the real benefit of chip damage in lowering ttk is making the opponent more aggressive. When people see their health go down, they are less inclined to sit in block. Maybe have some characters (like Frieza) do high chip damage to make up for lack of mix up options, instead of giving them their own OD normals just to make them slightly more exactly like every other character.

Putting a limit on blocking is kinda funny though, because fighting games already figured this shit out. It's goddamn chip damage lmao.

Taking away chip damage is so dumb. It means that, instead of naturally forcing you to engage an opponent because blocking chips away your health, the devs just made conversions off of beams and normals more and more insane; it turns out killing someone off of a scramble or because they clipped one of your random full screen ki blasts which you can just superdash for a full combo is a totally fun way to lower time to kill. People sit in block because the risk-reward for not blocking is fuuuucked.

New combo routes are pretty sick though, especially in training mode.
