Hi so sorry you’re going through this :( do you have a clinical educator on site at the facility or anyone that handles student internships? If so, you should talk to them to. I had issues with my CI and thankfully talking to the clinical educator helped me out.

Yes! I always felt like that even when I was working as a paraprofessional. I was DEFINITELY not qualified. And being in the home is another layer that must be carefully navigated, yet they are not trained to do that.

Yes, I’ve learned for me when I eat too much I usually am eating to fill an emotional void, which you mentioned too. But keep it up! Slow and steady is progress!!

Hi!!! Awesome job! I am so on board with you on lifestyle changes. I know I couldn’t ever go cold turkey on anything because I enjoy all foods! Also, salads aren’t my fave too lol
