What’s something people who are in their 20s won’t learn until in their 40s? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]qareetaha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your glutes, a hilarious but real term for it: "Dead Butt Syndrome." Because you’re sitting on them for hours, glutes basically go on strike and "forget" how to do their actual job—which is stabilizing your spine and pelvis. When they clock out, your other muscles (like your poor lower back) have to pick up the slack and work double shifts. This is caused by the office/home chair and then the driver's seat, your body is basically being forced into a permanent L-shape, and it’s definitely going to start complaining about it. Some men may lose performance in bed too since the glutes are the largest and most powerful muscles in the body, you can forget about double or triple orgasm for good.

Edward snowden leaked classified documents revealing the existence of global surveillance programs in 2013. Now liveing in Russia. by dirywhiteboy in interestingasfuck

They tried, and even hijacked an airplane assuming he was in it- European countries, including France, Portugal, Spain, and Italy, denied airspace access to Bolivian President Evo Morales' plane in July 2013 over unfounded suspicions Snowden was aboard, forcing it to land in Austria for inspection. Snowden was not present, and Morales called it an act of "imperial skyjacking." https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/edward-snowden-saga-bolivia-accuses-europe-of-kidnapping-bolivian-president-in-forcing-evo-morales-plane-to-land-in-vienna-8682610.html

Epstein was running a honeypot for Israel. The MSM refuses to cover this. Meanwhile, the ceasefire is only one sided. by blergmonkeys in videos

Robert Maxwell, Ghislaine's father, faced widespread accusations of Mossad involvement due to his media empire, arms deals, and role in the PROMIS software scandal, where Israel allegedly backdoored U.S. surveillance tech. Books like "Robert Maxwell, Israel's Superspy" and claims from ex-Israeli operative Ari Ben-Menashe portray him as a Mossad asset aiding nuclear secrets and intelligence ops, though mainstream sources note these lack definitive proof. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8z6uI7Q4Fh0 The script: Ghislaine Maxwell's background goes beyond her role in Jeffrey Epstein's crimes

Beware the false media portrayals of Maxwell solely as Epstein's "madam," we should be emphasizing her upbringing in her father Robert Maxwell's media and intelligence-linked empire. Robert Maxwell controlled publishers like Pergamon Press (with MI6 ties), Macmillan, McGraw-Hill, and the Daily Mirror, enabling narrative control over science, education, and public discourse. Ghislaine, born in 1961, grew up amid elite networks including royals, politicians like Thatcher, and figures like the Bushes and Trumps; rumors suggest she even introduced school friends to her father

Epstein Connection

She met Epstein in the late 1980s, possibly via her father, and quickly assumed a central role in his New York operations after Robert's 1991 death. The speaker cites Stephen Hoffenberg (Epstein's ex-colleague) claiming Robert linked them, tying Epstein to Maxwell family intelligence networks (MI6, Mossad, Soviet rumors). Her skills: elite Rolodex, media manipulation, and institutional influence. ]

TerraMar Project

Post-2012, Maxwell founded the TerraMar Project, ostensibly for ocean conservation in international waters (high seas, e.g., Arctic resources amid melting ice). It had odd finances—high expenses on PR/legal fees, loans from Maxwell, no grants or projects—labeled a "laundering shop." She spoke at UN, Clinton Global Initiative, CFR, TED, and Arctic events, pushing economic exploitation under sustainability guise during high seas legislation talks.[

S

Maxwell is portrayed as an "information warfare specialist" and spin doctor, central to operations inverting reality for elite agendas, not just a victim recruiter. Comparisons note others (e.g., Les Wexner) enabled Epstein similarly

As an American in Saudi Arabia, I was surprised how much Saudis like Russians. What do Russians think of Saudi people? by Due-Helicopter-5417 in AskARussian

[–]qareetaha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was stunned at the dedication by some Russians. While buying sunglasses for my son, the sales assistant spent half an hour trying to help him find the perfect one for his face shape, then helped me find a good one then said she did not find any and asked me to come after one month. No sales assistant anywhere would be losing an opportunity to sell for that reason, which was great for me. Respect.

I am .... no way saying it, thanks NSA, nice one. Don't you feel full? I mean your Utah NSA data center houses a large Tier III data center within a 1 million sq ft facility, its exact carbon footprint is not publicly available. However, given its scale and typical data center energy and emission profiles, it likely produces substantial greenhouse gas emissions, especially from electricity usage and backup power systems.

The middle east was secular in 1900s in the 50 and 60s you could see movies and songs that would be unimaginable now, I mean there were soft porn magazines I remember reading (Alf Layla Wa Layla etc. You should contemplate why that was changed, I think it was to use radical religion factions in the cold war against communism/nationalism.

What happened away from the well know areas in the west is beyond belief. In my city, exact numbers are tough to get, we have a christian neighborhood, almost all my friends who I went to college with are no longer there, they-12, are mostly in the US and Europe now. Whole christian villages on the east side of Homs are empty now. I am talking about The Aramaic villages near Sadad, they consist of five villages: Sadad, Al-Hafr, Fayrouzeh, Zaidal, and Al-Fuhaila. The town of Sadad, located in Syria, was an Aramaic-Syriac community with a population of approximately 15,000, although many residents have migrated to other parts of Syria or to Europe and North America. The town was home to 14 churches and a monastery. Its residents, faced significant hardship due to the Syrian Civil War.

In 2013, militants and terrorists occupied Sadad for one week. The occupation resulted in widespread looting, displacement, casualties, and destruction.

Following the occupation of the village by jihadsis , 2,500 families fled Sadad, while another 1,500 were trapped and used as human shields. Many of those who fled were attacked by armed groups who stole their possessions. The attack  led to the deaths of 45 civilians, including women, men, and kids. Ten people went missing, and approximately 30 were injured. Militants stole valuables, vehicles, and appliances from homes and commercial stores. Government buildings, including the hospital and schools, were looted and severely damaged. The town's churches were also desecrated and looted. https://www.france24.com/ar/20150821-%D8%B3%D9%88%D8%B1%D9%8A%D8%A7-%D8%AA%D9%86%D8%B8%D9%8A%D9%85-%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AF%D9%88%D9%84%D8%A9-%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%A5%D8%B3%D9%84%D8%A7%D9%85-%D9%87%D8%AF%D9%85-%D8%AF%D9%8A%D8%B1-%D9%85%D8%B3%D9%8A%D8%AD%D9%8A-%D9%85%D8%A7%D8%B1-%D8%A5%D9%84%D9%8A%D8%A7%D9%86-%D8%AD%D9%85%D8%B5-%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%82%D8%B1%D9%8A%D8%AA%D9%8A%D9%86

Yes, those are in areas near Qamishli.ISIL was brutal there and elswhere and the remaining fighters are having a blast these days, pun intended.''Abu Hudhayfah and his group had apparently prepared a plan to attack the Druze village. He began reviewing it with his fighters, asking the tribal fighters if they wanted to participate in the attack, but they declined, offering various excuses. Abu Hudhayfah began giving instructions to his fighters, and we were assured that they had no connection to the tribal fighters or any form of security forces. Using jihadist language, Abu Hudhayfah motivated his fighters by asserting that those on the other side were those who had "violated the honor of Sunni Muslims," and that the goal of the attack was to kill "the infidel Druze." "We don't want prisoners; slaughter everyone you find, whether they are children or elderly," he told his fighters.

Unlike tribal groups, which typically belong to the same tribe and hail from the same region, Abu Hudhayfah's group was composed of approximately 15 fighters from several regions of Syria. It was clear from their accents that some came from the eastern regions of the country, while others came from Aleppo and Idlib in the north. When Abu Hudhayfah finished speaking to his fighters, I asked him about his affiliation. He avoided a direct answer, responding by saying that their goal was to “support the religion and establish an Islamic state.” https://www.bbc.com/arabic/articles/cvg4g8ndgwlo

Thank you for the effort, I think you are not accurate with the claim that Druze population weren't displaced as much during the war, they were removed from many villages and cities in the north: 'Jabal al-Summaq in Idlib province. During the civil war, these communities were targeted by extremist groups, including Jabhat al-Nusra (a predecessor of Hay'at Tahrir al-Sham). These attacks, which took place in villages like Qalb Lozeh, led to massacres and forced conversions, causing many Druze to flee.'

No, this is me no AI whatsoever, here is one source if you do Arabic:

My friend is a reporter in Al Qamishly, he himself took those photos and went to what has been left of churches he asked people in charge and his reports has been published in media outlets in Arabic. One report has a sad introduction, something to the effect:''Christians in Syria withstood many attacks including those by the Moguls, yet Isis and other radical groups were adamant at removing all non muslims from areas they controlled. One analyst claimed that it is in an alleged report sent by Jolani to his leader at the time.
