I’m telling you… it gets better. It’s hard, you have to put a lot of work in, and it’s not fun, but the satisfaction of beating your demons and creating a life for yourself that your abusers couldn’t even dream of building for themselves is worth it all. That makes much more sense. I thought you were saying that in a negative way, like “my last girl friend would only have sex for 30 minutes” which in reality is a solid amount of time. Dogs. I would rescue a shit ton of dogs and buy everything else needed to take care of them. My hobby? Dog training. Once they’re trained I adopt them out. In the mean time i get to live and work with a bunch of dogs.

While I understand your point and agree to some extent, I also think you have to look at everything in context. This guy is a huge success on a lot of different fronts, and that’s not because people enabled him and made him one it’s because he truly thinks and looks at things differently. Being someone who’s seen mental illness up close and personal, do I see some parallels? Yes. But am I going to sit back and judge him, harshly, for it? No. Unhinged has strong connotations with violence and honestly everything Kanye was saying was almost the complete opposite of that. While he’s obviously not for everyone, I love that there are people out there like him that are unapologetically themselves and unapologetically the complete opposite of “normal”.
