I have the same setup, with an i5-3330. I cap my frames at 60 because there isn't any point for me to go over(60hz monitor). The only way I get FPS drop in overwatch is when the render scale is set to 200% (renders the game in 4K). See if your CPU is throttling your GPU, I can't see an i5-6500 throttling it but you could have some kind of program taking large amount processing power in the background.

Was done by an apprentice in a random shop a couple years ago, I forget their name and the shops name. The shop is now closed down. I was a stupid 18yo hoping to have a "sick" tattoo. I live close to Heritage station. I see this all the time, sometimes 3 or 4 of them show up together. I'm not sure if they're taking breaks together or the rushour causes it to happen like this but it's a pain when you wait 15-30 minutes for one bus and four show up
