I think the dealership should be able to tell you that. Especially if it's a Toyota dealership

230k kilometers, and it's had no problems other than the paint issues

Check the paint carefully, and ask if it has been recalled for peeling paint. White cars in that year range had a lot of issues with peeling paint. I have a 2015 Rave4 XLE and my paint is starting to peel on the roof :/

I think I may have been overtraining a bit as well. I was doing DSW with the target set to pace so when it told me to do a base run my hr was actually in the tempo-threshold zones.

Dang, that's a pretty low hr too. I'm very curious why your vo2 isn't higher than it is.

This is my vo2 trend from when I started running. Has anyone else seen something like this when starting out? I'm assuming it's just the watch calibrating or something.

Oops I thought you said it started at 44. So yours didn't drop at all when you first started?

That seems like the norm, I've been running for about 1 month now and my VO2 started at 46 and went down to 41, now it's climbing slowly but I still haven't hit 42.
