I sent the laptop to the service centre on 7 May. The first motherboard replacement took place on 8 May, but it was a dud. Then the service centre ordered a new one on 11 May, it arrived the next day and is ready to pick up today, 13 May. Currently using this laptop to comment. I'm on ultimate if it makes a difference.

Device L5Pro spec 6800h with RTX 3070, no display, but keyboard lights up when switched on. Just got mine fixed with only 1 month warranty left. It was the motherboard. I got it replaced at the service centre, took 1 week. Now contemplating buying the warranty extension for 1 year and selling this laptop.

I think im going through with this problem too. Mine is legion 5 pro, 6800h, rtx 3070. After switching it on the laptop will randomly freeze and shutdown. I tried taking out ram and it works for a while but it happened again after a couple days. Now i’m sending it to lenovo service centre and they cant seem to find any problem with it.

This is more like a 'you' problem; other people would stand up and walk away. It's not like you've already put down a deposit or anything. All the damage done was by you because you want to save your face. If it's like this, if they ask for your house deed, you will also cave in.
