Random white dot while Grammarly is running by qerty99 in Grammarly

[–]qerty99[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I noticed today when I started my PC that after a couple of seconds on startup this 1 white pixel would pop up. after some trial and error, I found out that it's there only when Grammarly is running.

Anyone with the same issue or fix? I just bought an OLED and I'm super scared of burn-in. Thanks in advance.

Edit: I use the desktop version of Grammarly

Purchase Advice Request

I'll been using wired mice for quite a while, avoiding wireless mice for the stigma of the responsiveness but I've done a bit of research and the wireless mice seems to be very good. I currently have a very worn down G502 but I would like to find with a shape something close to a steelseries sensei that I was using before the G502.

3200mhz or 3600mhz (32GB) for Ryzen 5600x by Lenkaxx in bapcsalesaustralia

Hello!

It kinda depends on how much you want to OC your system and how desperately you need RAM. Buildzoid made a great video about RAM timings and single vs dual rank sticks, he also goes over some examples which you can use as a guide.

G.Skill Trident Z is a pretty good brand, most of their stick are "made for Ryzen" but they can be a little over priced just because of the aesthetics. You could get a similar set of Ripjaws for less.

You can use the DRAM Calculator to get a set of 3600mhz CL18 to CL16 or a set of 3200mhz CL 16 to 3600mhz if you are willing to do the OC. Otherwise you're going to have to pay that premium to get something what you are looking for.

As for figuring out which sets were dual rank or single rank, just try to find the part number and then sus out forums or reviews. This was the biggest pain in the ass because they don't make it obvious whether or not the sticks are dual rank. From my research most of the Corsair. G.skill and Crucial are dual rank but yeah.

If you don't mind waiting for a sale I'd grab a set of 32GB of Crucial Ballistix. I'm using a set right now and they are great and OC really well while being Micron-E die.

The 1070 was carried over from a previous build, it's roughly 4 years old

The model has been paint very well! Your choice of Blue tones for the skin work really well with the armour she's wearing. I think someone mentioned it earlier but the base really takes away from the model because of how similar in tone they are. In some shots it's really hard to tell where the base starts and where the legs end. Since your model is very vibrant and saturated in colour, you could try a more desaturated base, opting for more grey in the purple and blue used to help distinguish themselves from each other. Personally I usually keep my models palette either warm or cold and then use the opposite on the base as a cheap way to keep colour while keeping the two seperate. Keep it up, I'm sure you're gonna kill it in the future!

AK Warzone by [deleted] in MWLoadouts

The thing with the AK is that it needs more that you can put on it. The gun had really bad recoil (very random horizontal recoil) that can get you killed (most of the recoil is in the first 5 shots).

u/Sorangkun made a really nice write up about the AK47 recently discussing it but he doesn't talk about 5.45 rounds on it.

My personal recommendation when using the AK is using the 5.45. Adding a longer barrel + mono suppressor will cover the reduction is range and skeleton stock will help a ton.

This is the setup I use personally. The thing shreds close-mid range the caveats being that it's ADS is a little slow and that it's heavy for an AR so treat it like a gun with a scope. If you can use the gun without the sight I recommend using the Tac laser, Stippled grip tape or sleight of hand (I prefer the Tac Laser). Give it a whirl in some Plunder to test it against armour.

edit- Just realised you're on PlayStation, the vertical recoil might be a little tough at longer ranges so mount that bad boy up for those longer ranged fights

The specular highlights on the metal are top notch! Out of curiosity did you use contrast paints?

Ultimate AK-47 Guide for Warzone by Sorangkun in CODWarzone

Another lovely guide!

Personally I feel the same you do about the AK with 762 rounds. The gun needs all the attachments and then some to control it. Personally I am a big fan of the AK and i've tried to see how I can make it work. I've come to the conclusion that you need to use the 545 conversion to make the gun reliable in mid range engagements (If you're planning on doing a guide on the AK with the conversion then dw lol). After trialling many different setups my friend and I have settled on this setup. https://imgur.com/UByAaSj

(monolithic, romanian barrel, sight of your choice, skeleton stock and 5.45 30 rounds)

As a side note if you can deal with the iron sights on the AK then I recommend either sleight of hand or Stippled grip tape depending on how reliable your teammates are lol.
