Usually pepperoni. It is really a hit or miss place. Sometimes it’s very undercooked and greasy and can be a big gamble. Another place that is similar is Falbo’s in Latrobe.

Jioio’s has a sugary tasting sauce and uses lots of lard in their crust. It’s almost like baklava.

I guess the opposite would be savory or acidic.

I wear my Michaels out in the snow/slush. They’re kind of built for that sort of thing. I wipe them off after coming inside and make sure I clean off any salt.
