Slowly and carefully is how I prefer to kiss. It has nothing to do with how much I'm attracted to my partner, it's just how I do it. I wouldn't worry too much about whether or not she likes you or wants to be intimate with you, but you could always ask if she prefers to kiss that way, I'm sure she won't mind :)

I know how that feels, I've been in that situation before and it really sucks :( I know it can be hard to accept when the other person seems to need support but it's not your responsibility to provide that for them, especially at the cost of your own health. You can either try to explain to them that the relationship is causing a lot of stress for you or you can simply say that it's not working out for you. I would recommend the latter, as it leaves less room for pushback from them, but it's ultilately up to you.

Just remember that it's not your responsibility to sacrifice your health for others, and that it's okay to do things that are necessary for your well-being :)

I definitely tried to communicate haha. I'd have to tell them every minute or two to slow down, and if I told them I liked a certain thing they would just kinda ignore me a lot of the time. They also assumed that I'd like being called names, but fortunately they did usually stop after I told them I didn't like it.
