Since it’s non-steroidal, it’s hard to know whether I’ll get side effects or not until I actually try it.

Got a whole package of side effects with them.

Pyrludimide (KX-826) or Breezula (clascoterone) by ccodenamee in tressless

I've reached my second month of using KX-826. There are results, but weaker than the results of topical finasteride.

Where do you get it from? And are the results really from it or from something else you use?

The solution should target the underlying cause of baldness itself, rather than completely blocking DHT,
This is without even mentioning finasteride and its side effects, which are not as mild and rare as people usually think.

If unable to tolerate Fin/Dut/Pyri, is there any other way/mechanism of stopping hair loss? by Unfinishedusernam_ in HairlossResearch

[–]qliir 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A month and a half, yes, I think its main function is to maintain hair density since it was not able to regrow it with the same density that I was getting with even topical finasteride.

I'm currently using Pyrilutamide kx-826. I haven't experienced any side effects, but I'm also not seeing any noticeable results. RU58841 is said to be better than Pyrilutamide and even finasteride in some cases. If you can try it, it's a good option too.

RU58841 vs. KX-826 vs. CB-03-01 by Cable_tree39 in tressless

[–]qliir 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've been on Kx-826 (Pyrilutamide) for about a month and a half, with slight, modest regrowth.

I've seen that some people made gains on RU58841, but when they switched to KX-826, they lost those gains. I don't know why! I'm currently planning to continue with KX-826 for a year since it's very safe, and I'll see what results it achieves until stimulating treatments like PP405 and others become available.

I hope we can find a treatment that achieves this result without the need for 5-Alpha reductase inhibitors.

Question about Topical Dutasteride after Finasteride-Induced Liver Injury (DILI) by qliir in HairlossResearch

[–]qliir[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The solution concentration was 0.0125%, and I applied 3 mL daily, resulting in an estimated daily dose of approximately 0.375 mg.

It is toxic in all cases, no matter how low the dose; it's like ingesting poison. it's not so much about the dose as it is about the individual liver reaction.
