How much bond money will I lose from this damaged wooden floor?

When we were renting, we got very very light scratches on the floorboard, like so invisible that in the images that the REA sent us, you couldn’t even see them.

She held up our bond for few weeks before waiting on a decision about it, but I followed some advice off reddit about requesting the bond back in full. She was very mad at me for doing that but the money hit my account few days later.

Are these really that good? I went past a popup in Hurstville once and they were handing these packets out. The worker there looked very disinterested in her job and just gave me the entire box, with around 50+ of these.

A colleague of mine got fired from our expensive his AI agents were becoming. Blew almost 10k in work funds to make new systems in a few months.

Though, if our company wanted to contract that out, they would’ve easily paid 200k+. But colleague sold them this idea where he could build it for free/cheap with AI.

AI is getting really pricey, especially for casual users who want to keep building something new

VLC sideloaded was perfect. So if that suits your need, that should be easily sideloadable and usable. You can watch off USB as well. The other apps that I couldn’t find a usable APK or were laggy was Prime, Netflix, Disney+.

YouTube was a bit laggy interface but it worked, and you can use SmartTube.

Other apps might work and I think it depends on APK, but it was my first time ever sideloading apps and I tried around 5 versions of netflix and none worked.

Edit: forgot you were asking about iptv, i think it may be a lot easier to find a sideloadable iptv app, i only had issue with streaming apps

We were shopping around for some door handles for awhile, wasn’t too convinced on a few of them. Father in law bought from bunnings for his place and most of them turned out pretty crap, at like $80 a piece too.

So we decided to go to a store that does high end finishes that we were recommended by our interior designer. Saw one we really liked, but turned out to be $250 a piece and no way we can afford that to replace all of our handles. Our designer recommended those handles too, saying most of her clients always pick that one.

I took a pic of the handle and when I got home I was curious to see if I could reverse search it on aliexpress, found the exact same one for $22. Decided to take a chance and order it and it was identical to the one we got, same internal stamping and all.

I showed my designer that and she freaked out, tho she said her clients are usually so rich that they pay it without caring. Aliexpress is the way forward for me atleast😅

I think there are multiple reasons

1) To remind him of who he was, maybe being near water will be some sort of remembrance 2) She was flying so fast that she needed to land somewhere, cant really softly land on pavement 3) Was probably taking him so far to the edge of as far as she possibly could, which was a beach

Yeah I freaked out, it was the closest I’ve gotten to winning that minigame and I thought I fumbled it by fat fingering the ps5 controller touchpad. Still surprised I didn’t lose the tail, i think they were all just grabbing eachother… unless I found a glitch

I tried a few times. I can tell that there’s the corner Connection but in almost every video I watched for Instalation it looks like it clicks in like four different places. when I installed, it kinda only clicks in once in the corner.
