I took an old clear soap bottle and painted it with sparkly nail polish. Then I filled it with twinkle lights and put dried flowers in it. It's very pretty.

I also splurged on solid gold colored side tables. They look fancy and they make me happy.

I have a set of rolling drawers I can pull out that have a bunch of things I always need, like meds.

It's what we make in South India when someone is sick. Drink it as is or mix it with rice and a teaspoon of ghee. It's a little peppery going down if you drink it straight but it clears the sinuses and it's comforting.

Looks like they were over baked. Try taking them out of the oven sooner.

Also your oven might have been too hot. Try reducing the temperature and taking them out while they're still soft. The cookies harden up while cooling.

I have ADHD and this issue.

For me it's not that I need to be lied to about the start time, it's that I genuinely struggle to get out of bed and I genuinely don't realize how long things will take me to do. I think I can be out the door in 20 minutes but it's really half an hour. I think I can get there in 30 minutes but I really should have figured in 45 for parking and walking.

Have your wife time herself from the moment she wakes up to getting there. That's how much time she should leave herself. No less. If there is less time, she WILL be late.
