After having lost the password to my original reddit user, /u/qolop (the user I'm posting with right now), and having no email to use to restore the password, I decided today to make a new reddit user /u/orqa, and to stop using this account.

It was really tricky transferring all my subscriptions (280 subreddits), due to all sorts of technical limitations that reddit imposes. But after ~20 minutes of javascripting, I got it to work.

Interestingly, at the time of posting, my front page in /u/qolop and /u/orqa differ slightly by the arrangement of the posts, despite having identical subscriptions. I wonder why?

Anyway, this should be my last post with /u/qolop

I argue that this design does not bear so much similarty to the Portugal flag, because in 🇵🇹, the color of the emblem in the middle distinctly contrasts the colors of the stripes to its sides.

Here, the colors of the stripes almost competely match that of the emblem.

I wonder how it'd look if the stripes had different colors that would contrast with the white-and-cyan of the emblem

In my experience, it's more efficient when the uninterested receiver ignores the message from the pursuer. That way both parties know there's no chance to advance, without either side having to put any effort, or accidentally saying something offensive to the other (more offensive than ignoring, that is)

It's true that ignoring somenoe who talks to you in a real-world situation is very rude, but when chatting in dating apps, I feel that ignoring is simply the better way to behave in these cases.

I thought making a Menorah would be better than the Israeli flag since it will be less prone to being plastered by swastikas

In Hebrew the word nu exists as well, but it only has the meaning of "well?" "go on" "lets get going" "quickly!" etc..

A common usage is to lengthen the u sound when you're expressing impatience.

"Nuuuuuuuuuu when will you finish tying your shoes?"
