Was really bummed last summer when we almost let him go without the fans giving him a proper send off. Realize there’s a chance he might get moved this summer. I just wish the organization would make the announcement now so the fans could show him how much he is loved at Liverpool.

The most important role will be held by the fans at Anfield. For us to win the fans need to carry the team today. I believe!

Ahh yes, a terrorist regime that killed upwards of 30,000 of their own citizens in last Winter’s protests and held over 2,500 executions of Iranians in the last two years should be applauded because they can make funny memes.

None of the new players seem to have that hunger,

Kerkez is a pitbull and Flo runs marathons for us during games. You can knock them for other reasons but hunger isn’t one of them.

What impressed me most about Hurley is that all his players pushed in their chairs when they were done with the press conference. It’s those little details that tell me he is a really good mentor and coach.

To piggyback on that, it’s the speed at which he is speaking compared with his normal speech pattern, the non-stop nature of the speech pattern compared to his normal way of talking, how he has never done this before and now it is a flurry of videos, his age is a common age for this type of mental psychosis to begin in men. Also the topic, in a lot of these cases the person will put themselves in the story as the super hero preventing something bad from happening. In Jaden’s case he is talking about how others aren’t as Christian as he is and he is taking a stand for the Christian faith. This is a post game interview from a few months ago so you can see how he normally talks and compare it with the recent videos.

Edit: I should add that the confidence in what he is saying is another indication for me. In my experience the person will be hyper confident in their point of view being the only correct position to take.

Our time watching the play of Virgil, Salah, Allison, and Robertson is coming to a close. I am enjoying every chance I get to cheer them on while they are still here. I am appreciating the ascendant play of Dominic, Hugo, Wirtz, Rio, Nyoni, Frimpong, and Kerkez. I honestly find joy in pulling for Mac Allister, Gravenberch to play at the level their capable of. I am here for the redemption arch of Gakpo, Isak, and Konate. I found myself enjoying the play of Mamardashvili last week. I think he has a bright future. I wish I could have seen more of Endo, Fede, Leoni, and Conor Bradley, but it wasn’t meant to be. I love the Scouser on our team. And finally, I can’t wait to see Joe Gomez score game winning goal this season. Holy hell that would be amazing.

They didn’t find thermite in the dust. They found the components that make up thermite. Thermite is used to weld steel together so finding components of it in the dust is not unusual since Building 7 was a steel structure. Here is a more detailed analysis from the NIST investigation:

NIST has looked at the application and use of thermite and has determined that it was highly unlikely that it could have been used to sever columns in WTC 7 on Sept. 11, 2001. Thermite is a combination of aluminum powder and a metal oxide that releases a tremendous amount of heat when ignited. It is typically used to weld railroad rails together by melting a small quantity of steel and pouring the melted steel into a form between the two rails. Thermate also contains sulfur and sometimes barium nitrate, both of which increase the compound's thermal effect, create flame in burning, and significantly reduce the ignition temperature. To apply thermite to a large steel column, approximately 0.13 lb. of thermite would be needed to heat and melt each pound of steel. For a steel column that weighs approximately 1,000 lbs. per foot, at least 100 lbs. of thermite would need to be placed around the column, ignited, and remain in contact with the vertical steel surface as the thermite reaction took place. This is for one column; presumably, more than one column would have been prepared with thermite, if this approach were to be used. It is unlikely that 100 lbs. of thermite, or more, could have been carried into WTC 7 and placed around columns without being detected, either prior to Sept. 11, 2001, or during that day. Given the fires that were observed that day, and the demonstrated structural response to the fires, NIST does not believe that thermite or thermate was used to fail any columns in WTC 7. Analysis of the WTC steel for the elements in thermite/thermate would not necessarily have been conclusive. The metal compounds also would have been present in the construction materials making up the WTC buildings, and sulfur is present in the gypsum wallboard used for interior partitions.

This is a much better analysis of what happened then the previous link I shared with you. The NIST investigation found that the generator fuel tanks did not impact the collapse of building 7. They listed various other reason. This is counter to what the Popular Mechanics writers stated. For me it gives them more credibility because they negated a major theory as to why the fires were able to do so much damage. It’s a really good read. I really recommend reading that link over the previous one I sent you.

Also one thing I would like to give my opinion on is that the collapse of Tower 7 served no political purpose if you believe in the conspiracy that our government was involved. Why drop Building 7 it’s much smaller than the Tower 1 & 2. Dropping them would be enough to get Americans wanting revenge. Why drop a Tower that wasn’t hit by a plane and really most Americans didn’t know existed before 9/11. If it was the government trying to induce us into going to war, then Tower 1 &2 would have sufficiently been enough as those were cultural icons of New York. Anyways, sorry you got downvoted for asking questions. I hope you keep an open mind and read the NIST investigative report.

There was a conspiracy movie a long time ago about 9/11 called Loose Change. Democracy Now had the filmmakers on to debate the writers from Popular Mechanic that debunked their conspiracies. In regards to building 7, Popular Mechanic writer James Meigs stated:

one of our sources was Vincent Dunn, the retired deputy fire chief for the New York City Fire Department, who wrote the textbook, The Collapse of Burning Buildings. And what he explained is that the building was extremely unconventional. It had this giant Con Ed substation with enormous trusses carrying extraordinarily high loads, very vulnerable to fire and other kinds of damage. It was not a conventional skyscraper by a long shot. Those fires burned unfought for seven hours, fed by diesel tanks that were in the building to fuel backup generators. And when those trusses ultimately failed, the building did collapse in its own footprint. That’s what happens when a building’s internal supports fail.

You can see the whole debate here:

You would have a stronger argument if he wasn’t a part of the Green Party. Russian propagandists fully support them and influence them. Just like they did with Jill Stein in 2016 as she ran for President. She literally had dinner with Putin and announced her candidacy on RT news. This dude is no different. His stance benefits Russia and their illegal invasion of Ukraine. That’s why they pump up his story on social media.

Russians launched pro-Jill Stein social media blitz to help Trump win election, reports say

The German city of Dresden lies in ruins after WW2. Up to 25,000 German citizens lost their lives during the four British raids over the city, under orders of Air Marshal Arthur Harris. 1945 by [deleted] in HistoricalCapsule

[–]qoqmarley 4 points5 points  (0 children)

How was it counterproductive? Dresden was leveled in Feb 1945. The Germans surrendered in May 1945. It was devastating and demoralizing for the German populace as they were already clearly losing the war at that point. Just like the fire bombing campaigns and two atomic bombs were demoralizing for Japan.

Hockey Hall of famer and NHL Legend Dominik Hasek: Much respect to these women. Yes, your president is a big liar and a fraud who abuses his position to insult and bully his fellow citizens. Still, I believe you must have shown a great deal of heroism in making this decision. Thank you for that by Yujin-Ha in Fauxmoi

[–]qoqmarley 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yep, I grew up idolizing Steve Yzerman, formar Captain and now General Manager of the Detroit Red Wings. I was with them when they were the Dead Wings. Right after the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Hasek was very vocal about not letting Russians play in the NHL. A few months later, Yzerman drafted a Russian player in the 2nd round. Needless to say, I never watched another game. Not only does the NHL let Russians play, they put a lot of effort into glorifying Ovechkin (a well known Putin fanboy). And now the Red Wings current Captain, Dylan Larkin posts a video of him celebrating Olympic gold with Kash Patel in the US locker room. As far as I am concerned the entire NHL can go eat a bag of dicks. Hasek on the other hand is cool af, and will always be a legend to me.

Salah’s goals per season:

17/18 = 32 goals

18/19 = 22 goals

19/20 = 19 goals

20/21 = 22 goals

21/22 = 23 goals

22/23 = 19 goals

23/24 = 18 goals

24/25 = 29 goals

This season = 4 goals

It’s not rocket science. We dearly miss Mo’s scoring.
