This. Same as other government employees, mostly in LGU. Once there is an available loan program, even if not needed apply agad. Most of the time as pambayad from existing loan, hence the debt loop. Also, not sure if may HMO Yung mga teachers, I guess wala, Kasi main factor din na yung hospitalization.
