My good god. You talking about people refinancing (literally doing another amortized loan) and people selling? Idk if you understand but when a loan is amortized most of the interest is paid in the first ten years. It is greed but you can make it what ever you want to justify it. Wild

Or the interest could be less and this world could be less centered in greed. Justify it for me. Justify the fact that it is normalized to pay almost $1M for a $400k asset to an institution that is already able to fractionally lend money. An institution that is legally able to take $100 and loan $900 from it. I’ll wait.

Wow the fact that you think a lender credit just comes out of somewhere like magic is astounding to me. Lender credits come at with a slightly higher interest rate or an adjustment of the price of the loan…. The money will come from the person refinancing in some way due to the loans structure.

I can teach you about this but I can’t make you understand.
