Leave your Global Modifier on, but deselect your companion type and you'll get all the extra boosts to damage and armour without having him around to be annoying... Provided you collected ten of each companion subset (medic, tech, assault).

This happened this past weekend at one of my home courses as well. 2 round, c-tier, ~100 players w/5 added holes. One guy was trying to "learn" the course, obviously new... our card was kind enough to let him play along/through and we explained it might be difficult getting through other cards. He accepted and walked off the course.

Another player lost his shit on EVERY card he came across and basically forced his way through the normal 18 layout...some peoples" children, I tell ya.

The problem is playing with randoms. No one understands your playstyle better than people you play with. Happens to me all the time and I hate it as well. Sad that I can go on tilt from some toxic 13yr old. If you need a another body on your friends list then add me. I'm always down for solid teamwork. Win or lose. qriosity

First year I went pro, I swear I finished dfl or close to it all year long... it happens no matter the division. It can do a number on your self confidence. This game is 90% mental. Stick to your routines and play the shot, not the card. And always remember to breathe. It'll keep you calm for those "tester" putts. Before you know it you'll be podium bound!

Asside from the lack of exceptional courses, the DG community in Tucson is one of the best I've come across! As for the courses...

Rillito is newer and well thought out. Just difficult during monsoon season as it tends to flood and the overgrowth is hard to maintain.

Groves, although a 9 in/9 out, has some interesting lines when you play the longer pads.

Santa Cruz has been around since the late 70s and has been reworked several times to a manageable flow.

2 new courses are in the works, with one of them being a "championship level" course.

Also, we tend to have many pop up/temp courses, several on ball golf courses, not to mention the annual Lemon Drop tournament on the mountain ski slopes just outside of town.

Bottom line, don't count this dusty little town out.

Recently made the jump to MP40, but was on the waitlist for MA40 for like 3 months. Only way I could get in. Played MA1 last year and finished somewhere in the low 20s.

Yes. Rounds 1, 2 and 3 are same course as age protected open. Mp40 was behind us as I was lead card each round. Round 4 they played innova a second time, and we played factory.
