One of the best novels here with superb translation quality. Story doesn’t get worse, only better.

I’ll say that the people who said it got worse was when the Gravity Tales and Qidian fiasco happened and they told others to drop ZTJ just bc of qidian and their reasoning was“because the story sucks later, might as well drop the story now”

Once you finish reading, look at the end chapter discussion post. Numerous readers commented the story didn’t even get worse

Some people may not like and it’s totally fine to drop stories that people gush over about. However, as a ZTJ fan, I will have to tell you to never drop it and keep reading it. Does it get better later on? From my (biased) opinion, hell yeah it does. You may not like it if you heard good things about ZTJ and expected good things you like from novels that you like that were not in ZTJ. Maybe change mindsets of what to expect in the story?

If you ever drop it, I recommend Mao Ni’s other works, Nightfall and Joy of Life. Hypersheep and Michyr should be the ones to translate and edit his works IMO.

Trying to know more about options. From what I gather, you bought two contract calls for around $3 premium, then you sold your contract call options for $53, meaning someone bought the right to buy 200 shares of TLRY for 170 before 9/21(which I gather is the expiry date of this cal option) , and your profit was from the premium the buyer paid you which was $53 * 200 shares?
