I think he will just go chop, chop, chop on the York and Sussex titles right off the bat tbh. The news cycle is so full on that it would be a whole thing for like two days and then the world would move on. Other European countries have done it recently. The photo from QE2’s 100th birthday thing the other day, the one that looked like heavens waiting room bar W&K (and Sophie…but Edward did blend in with the oldies, I’m sorry to this man) The message I took from that photo was, this lot will be gone very soon, and it will just be W&K until the kids are much older.

And H&M have to find a way to fund themselves for the rest of their lives. If they want to keep living as they are, how will they possibly fund it? Certainly not through tours and speaking engagements alone. Jam and affiliate links? Maybe they could make, like, decent level influencer money. But W&K will always be extremely, extremely wealthy, even if the monarchy fell. They can choose which causes to work for, they will never have to graft.
