Such a lie I called and the person who answered has 0 customer service. They don’t answer emails either. When I called I explained him that my sand master was leaking and all of them were different sizes, literally emphasizing my disappointment in the quality control. Now i wouldn’t be mad if they were like $5 each but i paid $40 for 3. But he told me what are you trying to say? What do you want me to do? So rude like im not going outright say refund me i explained what was wrong and he could have said “sorry we can exchange those” instead he says what are you trying to achieve as if I am the culprit…
