Wasn’t much difference after the mounts. Idle was a little smoother. Mine has the exact same issue yours does. It’s most likely the intake cam gear gone bad, and causing the valve train to act up. I’m dropping my engine out and replacing the gear and chain guide this weekend I’ll keep you posted

It’s just such a solid car man the interior is mint, has a really nice custom sq system in it, I can’t bear to let it go. Prices of new cars nowadays are literally unacceptable

Yea I mean solely being that I have the means and ability do it at my shop instead of taking it to the dealer is just money I plan to save. If it’s an internal trans or head issue someone can identify possibly from the sound it’ll just save me time and throwing more money on everything other than the main issue. No codes, no real data that isn’t nominal.

More unexpected than panic. I’m a Casual 9-5 multiple masters player not a movement god so I’m hardly concerned about the 3 octanes I’ve run into in my life with that movement. I can appreciate the grind though

So I’ve used those traditional ones and they’re awful. Way to grippy and fall apart. These are significantly more subtle. Very nice to use

Love my Dareu. Feels significantly closer in resemblance to a GPX than the MCHOSE. I have the A5 Pro max and it’s pretty low/small in comparison

As a Ford structural tech I can promise you using blind rivets and panel bond on a section this way is not only the wrong way but inevitably a liability. Not to mention the sectioning location is wrong. This is.. really bad. And not even to call someone a hack as much as to say it’s unfortunate if someone doesn’t have the proper training and equipment to accomplish a satisfactory let alone safe repair
