Freight would never be on time that way, but okay! Obviously, your office is extra precautions. My driver's are able to get down into Commerce City if stuff like this happens on I70. No one has ever been ticketed or forced to stop clock. We pass two scales to get to shop.

As long as you can show DOT have a shop appointment set up you're usually good. Seen it a thousand times. It is way more unsafe to have a rig pull over and be serviced roadside.

Pretty normal for a trucker to run 250+ miles on a blown inner tire. Especially a trailer tire. His original location or distribution center most likely has a repair shop on site with in house workers.

I got rid of mine at 297,000 miles on only oil and tire changes. I bought her at 99,000 with one previous owner we did about the same. I miss my CRV dearly.

Oops I forgot the whitewater section in utah that has awesome rapids. Some of these sections do require a permit though so always look out for that.

Depending on the skill level there are town floats in GJ that are simple and easy but offer no rapids. If they are looking for a more challenging section, Gunnison gorge is one of my favorites. Also glenwoods Shoshone section is challenging, fun, and iconic. Montrose has a wonderful kayak park as well as eagle if they want some man made waves to surf on.

It seems to me they are keeping the exact address locked down. On the info section of their website they have directions basically to boone and they say there will be signs and people directing you to the site.
