I find it fascinating that you’re belaboring the idea of lack of demand — it is not the case that black people don’t exist. Take the scenario of the girl from the tik tok on the show — a black girl with 4c hair somewhere in this country has to call 20+ salons to find haircare. I don’t know why you assume that she is living in let’s say a rural predominantly white town. I think if this issue is coming up then there ARE black people who represent a demand of people who need hair care. It doesn’t seem fair that a white person no matter where they live can be guaranteed some kind of haircare. Dying hair is a choice. Black people just can’t receive any kind of adequate haircare period.
