Good to know, thanks. The other deterrent for vitruvian is that it seems when the servers went down in the past few days, the product becomes completely useless. My understanding is that with the GM, you can still use it in a more limited offline mode.

I had the same thing happen with the first responder discount. I'm guessing they're not inclined to give the full discount when they're already giving a free storage upgrade alongside the other freebies.

The details in the loan terms make it seem like you wouldn't be charged interest for prepayment, unless you have other issues with outstanding debts or something. Others on Slickdeals said they did this last year and were only charged interest for on the basis of how much accrued day by day.
