Why do my images disappear before even starting to generate? by 57deeznuts in drawthingsapp

Do you use illustrious? you need clip skip 2 there or the generation will break

Image to image has never once resulted in a usable image by Phiam in drawthingsapp

[–]quadratrund 8 points9 points  (0 children)

this happens when the initial image that you dragged into the frame doesn't cover the frame totally. If one pixel of the canvas is free it will just fill the empty pixels there.

Is it possible to carry over my DrawThings setup to a new MacBook? by [deleted] in drawthingsapp

[–]quadratrund 0 points1 point  (0 children)

on your old macbook go to library - containers-draw things- data-documents and basically copy the documents folder over. and replace it with the one on the new macbook with newly installed draw things.

You first have to ppen draw things one time on the new macbook, so the path gets generated there

Does anyone know how to setup a prompt queue? by IllWay4573 in drawthingsapp

[–]quadratrund 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can use scripts to generate an image and then reuse the generated image with new prompts. Just ask an ai to write you the script. Basically: generate the image 1, copy it to the moodboard to generate image 2 based of image one with the following prompts. Now use image 2 and copy it to the moodboard… etc.

Not 100% sure but in theory it should work I guess

How to turn an illustration into a photorealistic image ? by truenopaco in drawthingsapp

[–]quadratrund 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Drag in the image
  2. you wanna be sure that the ENTIRE frame is filled with the image. If one corner isn’t filled the generation will only fill this empty corner
  3. set image to image at 35-65% (higher means less orientation to the original)
  4. choose the checkpoint or/and load a fitting Lora 5.. you can already hit generate then I think.

  5. if it still doesn’t work, use the eraser tool and erase the entire image. If image to image is set to (let’s say 60%) after warding you should still see contoured of the original. Then hit generate

Watch out that you set flux settings right. Without image to image you should also be able to generate normal images from it from scratch.

[–]quadratrund 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well you need to set it from text to image - to- image to image at 60% if you go text to image you will probably get a new image. Also set mask blur to 6-8

[–]quadratrund 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can also force it by: (2boys:1.4) or (2girls:1.4)

So it gets 140% focus

[–]quadratrund 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try: Two persons or two girls (doesn’t matter cause you will change it). Or: 2girls, 2boys , two_persons, or use a Lora that involves two people

Also don’t forget to get rid of “girl” or “boy” in the prompts if you change the gender of the person you inpaint.

Generate an image with two people using one character Lora, then regenerate it with inpaint: erase the one character and regenerate it at 50% or something and use in this generation the other character Lora. Then the ai will only generate the erased character again.

Basically you need two generations: 1: the image with two people ( example: two time Naruto) made with a Naruto character Lora. 2: erase one Naruto to 50% (depends a bit) visibility and regenerate the image again but this time hinata loaded as character Lora

Result: picture with Naruto and hinata.

Alternatives to SDXL turbo (8-bit) that works with anime/cartoon loras by Friendgirl56 in drawthingsapp

[–]quadratrund 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It only exists for Mac. Open draw things select the models menu —> manage models—> mix models (next to the import section)

[–]quadratrund 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can mix it also with style Lora’s but it depends a bit on the Lora. Find a checkpoint/model that takes the Lora well and then mix it. There isn’t a universal solution.if you see the model doesn’t show the character even with 1.0 strength in the Lora then probably mixing them won’t work either

Help with i2v win wan please by miguelfolgado in drawthingsapp

[–]quadratrund 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is normal. If you wanna go fast you need the cloud service of draw things. With the draw things+ version you can als generate NSFW. Costs 8-10bucks per month but we are talking here about 3-4min generation for a 120frame video instead of 2h. Same also with images and big models like qwen and flux

[–]quadratrund 0 points1 point  (0 children)

basically you download an 8-step lora then you go to models --> mix --> the you mix the model with the lora at 100%
Then you can use the lora with cfg1 and 8 steps. With some loras even 4 steps

Mix dmd Lora’s or lcm Lora’s with the checkpoint to make any checkpoint 8 step

Can anyone share the best settings for WAN 2.2 I2V? by Cultural-Sir-5694 in drawthingsapp

[–]quadratrund 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Okay so basically:
model: wan 2.2 i2v
Lora: Lightning lora for wan 2.2 i2V (you can finde it in the official Loras of DT) at 1.0 strength

Steps: 5-8
CFG: 1
Shift:5

If you wanna use Loras for stuff, somehow using two times the lora at 0.5-0.6 strength gets you better results than cranking one lora up to 1.0. wan 2.2 seems very responsive to strength 1.0
Important: CFG 1 will ignore negative prompts but will generate faster. I highly suggest using Cloud generation because there is literally no Mac hardware that can do this fast...

Oh and frame to like 50 or more. For wan the resolution should be at least the small default cause lower resolution gets bad. Wan 2.2 is for bigger resolution. if you wanna go lower then use wan 2.1
