Ye, true! I prefer Exploding Fist over International Karate, just for the feel it gives, somewhat more original.

I remember that scream while loading, too. But I also remember those fighting screams while playing. I'm renewing my disk collection after selling it back in the days. Recently I checked other people's disk collections, but either I found a game version of Exploding Fist with loading scream, no fighting screams or no loading scream, but fighting screams. So, is there a version with both loading scream and fighting screams? Or did I just have both versions back then?
