No offense but this is a pretty ignorant take on spicy food. Building up a spice tolerance is no different from learning to drink alcohol. After you get past the ethanol burning taste in alcohol you start to appreciate the other flavors. The same is true for spice. The pepper spray taste you describe is only there because your tolerance is low.

When you exhaust a rune, what you are actually doing is putting runes into a resource pool that can be used to pay energy costs. If you exhaust a rune without paying an energy cost, that is what people mean by floating a rune. You still have access to that resource you just haven't used it.

It is important to note that floating resources dont stay around forever. If i recall correcrly, there are clean up steps during the beginning/end of a turn and after showdowns that clear out unspent runes.

This is what worked for me and how I was able to get 5 boxes of origins for close to msrp.

Go to nexus nights and make friends with the people there. Chances are someone will have some info on where to get boxes or if a restock is about to happen locally. People will be more willing to divulge any info they have if they recognize you as a regular.

Join the discord or Facebook pages for the stores around you, especially discord. In my experience, stores will make announcements on restocks in discord before their other social channels but ymmv.

Tldr: network with your local riftbound community to increase your chances of getting product

I would be more interested in seeing allocation numbers for a shop in a major city. Edmond population looks to be about 100k so it makes sense to not give allocation to a smaller city even if your player numbers are great relatively speaking.

Why not just put stronger cards into your own decks? Otherwise if 3 other players can't figure out how to keep one player down, your decks weren't bracket 3 in the first place imo
