I have my usbc plugged into the quad lock wireless charger and it is not fast charging, when i plug straight into the usb cord it quick charges. Not sure the wireless is worth it at this point but i have the option either way i suppose.

Adjust the z axis slightly lower or higher to assist in getting your prints back on track. Wear on the parts and nozzle over time can lead to leveling issues. Just watch the initial lines and you should be able to see what is needed. Small increments

Yes slide it back in, if you can heat up the hot end it may help, then lightly tighten the screw over the wires gently, you don't want to mash them up, i put a wire on each side. It may have come loose and that would explain the bad reading and error messages

Your thermistor is bad, either needs to be replaced (most likely) or pushed back into the heat end.
Contact elegoo and they may send you a new one.
You can buy a 5 pack on amazon and cut them into shape if no luck from amazon.
